Who We Are
Turkish World Ministries exists to reach the unreached, disciple believers, and raise up leaders among Muslim background communities, beginning in Turkey and extending across Europe and the Middle East.
Founded and led by Yuksel and Dijle Kurada, Turkish believers from Muslim backgrounds, Turkish World Ministries is rooted in a deep love for Jesus, obedience to His call, and a lifelong commitment to the Gospel.
Yuksel, from Ephesus, came to faith in Christ in 1996. Dijle, from Ankara Galatia, began following Jesus in the early 2000s. They met at a secret Bible school in Selcuk, were married in 2001, and began serving the Lord together in Istanbul. In 2003, God called them to Konya Iconium, where they became the first Turkish missionaries of the modern Turkish Church.
Their journey has included church planting, discipleship, leadership training, evangelism under persecution, and ministry throughout Turkey, Bulgaria, Armenia, Greece, Macedonia, Moldova, Ukraine, and among Iranian believers. Due to serious threats on their lives, they were forced to leave Turkey in 2009. God led them to the United States, where they served churches in California, Las Vegas, and Houston. In Houston, they ministered among refugee communities from many nations while continuing to disciple Muslim background believers across multiple countries.
In 2021, God called them back to Turkey with a renewed vision to reach Muslims, disciple believers, and raise leaders who will impact their own communities.

Our mission is to reach Muslims, especially Turks, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, train and equip Muslim background believers to become healthy and Spirit led leaders, encourage and send leaders to plant churches and serve their communities, and strengthen the Church through discipleship, prayer, counseling, and leadership development.
Our Heart
Turkey is the land where the Gospel once spread to the world, yet today remains largely unreached. With fewer than eight thousand Turkish believers among eighty four million people, the need is urgent.
We do not measure ministry by success but by faithfulness. All glory belongs to God.
We believe God is preparing the soil for revival, and we are honored to partner with Him one life at a time.

What We Do
Turkish World Ministries exists to reach Muslims with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to disciple and equip Muslim background believers to become healthy and Spirit led leaders. Through evangelism, discipleship, prayer, leadership training, and pastoral care, we walk alongside individuals and families as they grow in their faith and calling.
Our ministry serves believers of all ages through church planting, leadership development, youth and womens ministry, counseling, and prayer focused initiatives. We are committed to raising up leaders who will strengthen the Church and impact their communities in Turkey and beyond.
Our Team and Accountability
Turkish World Ministries serves with a growing team committed to humility, accountability, and unity. We maintain financial accountability through external oversight and transparent reporting, spiritual and personal accountability through trusted pastors and mentors, and collaborative leadership that prioritizes mentoring the next generation of Turkish believers.
We believe ministry is not a job but a lifestyle of obedience until Jesus returns.
